At TST E-Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the E-Bike
Clean the bike and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and battery chargers are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
