Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do TST E-Bikes come fully assembled?
Our e-bikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat using the toolkit included in your package.
What is the warranty policy on your sports e-bikes?
Every TST E-Bike is covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, which covers defects in the frame, motor, battery, and controller under normal use.
Can I return my e-bike if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
What is the average range of a single battery charge?
Depending on the model and terrain, our e-bikes typically offer a range of 35 to 60 miles per charge using pedal assist mode.
Are TST E-Bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes are rated IP54 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, they should not be submerged or pressure washed.
